Can't access purchased resource

If you purchased a resource but can't download it:
Make sure you're logged into the correct account
Refresh the page
Check that the payment was completed (check your email for confirmation)
If the problem persists after these steps, please contact support with:
• The resource name
• Your payment charge_id (you can find it in “My payments” page)
We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
